OUCH

When I finished raking the yard the other morning, I noticed a fairly sizable broken blister in the space between my thumb and index finger. To keep from getting junk in it, I applied a Band Aid brand bandage to the wound and went about some other yard related business. After another hour or so of hot and dirty weeding during which I encountered two lizards doing push ups and a dog turd, I removed the Band Aid brand bandage in order to take a shower. While the blister was kind of stingy under the hot water, the pain was unremarkable.

Fresh and clean, I then blow dried my hair and gave my bangs a quick spritz of hairspray to keep them from curling up in the humidity. During this process, I managed to unload a significant quantity of Aquanet directly into the blister's gaping maw.

I kicked the cabinet under the sink and say the F word four times.
